Funding Support
To be eligible for funding support, players 13 and over are required to commit to at least programme “One”. Funding support will be reviewed Termly and maybe subject to change to reflect players ranking and commitment.
GOLD FUNDING
Guide up to 50% Discount on all Training Packages subject to BTA discretion.
Contribution towards international tournament expenses at BTA discretion.
Gold Funding requires all players to commit to annual plan including All International and Domestic Tournaments as programmed.
CRITERIA FOR GOLD FUNDING
Subjective Potential, Commitment, Goal Orientated, Professionalism, Athleticism, Application – Current Playing Standard
Objective Ranked or approaching Top 50 in their age group, within LTA National Ranking or LTA, PPP 5 or higher which ever is applicable to player’s age. Note Rating will also be a consideration.
SILVER FUNDING
Guide up to 25% Discount on all Training Packages
Contribution to selected international tournaments at BTA discretion.
CRITERIA FOR SILVER FUNDING
Subjective Potential, Commitment, Goal Orientated, Professionalism, Athleticism, Application – Current Playing Standard
Objective Ranked or approaching Top 100 in their age group, within LTA National Ranking or LTA, PPP 4 which ever is applicable to players’ age. Note Rating will also be a consideration.
BRONZE FUNDING
Up to 10% Discount on all training packages
No coaching supplement fee for coach led international or domestic trips
Applicable to only 13 and over players programme.
CRITERIA FOR BRONZE FUNDING
Discretion will be used based on Rating and National ranking
Commitment to at least programme A and be of compatible standard of play
Players rising 12 or under will also be eligible.
GRANTS
Grants will be made available to individuals over and above financial support periodically.
Note: Access Players to the Academy will be charged as per our tariff. All players receiving
funding support will be issued with a contract
